12U Travel Team
We're taking our 12U travel team to Cooperstown, and we have two incredible tournament options for our families to choose from. Review the highlights of each below and let us know which experience you prefer.
Two Paths to Cooperstown
Same destination, two very different weeks of baseball. Here's an overview of each option.

America's Baseball Summer Camp since 1996. A traditional, faith-and-country tournament experience on 22 lighted real-grass fields in a 165-acre baseball village.

A contemporary, big-league resort experience at the birthplace of baseball. Stadium lights, premium on-campus lodging, and five dining options for the whole family.
What to Expect
A clear look at what each week asks of your family, from school and lodging to food and how the tournament is run.
May 27 - June 2. Player check-in any time before 2:30 PM on Day 1.
August 28 - September 4.
Starts the same day school lets out (a half day). Kids miss the last day of school, and the day before if the family travels up early.
Falls during the 3rd week of the new school year. Kids miss 5 days of school, or 6 if the family travels up a day early.
Players stay in the 104 on-site clubhouses (bunks) in the baseball village. The facility and bunks are older and traditional.
Players stay in on-campus team lodging, steps from the fields, in a modern resort setting.
No family lodging on site. Families book off-site lodging in the surrounding Cooperstown area and commute in.
Premium resort lodging on campus, within a couple miles of the fields, so families stay right where the action is.
22 lighted, real-grass enclosed stadiums across 165 acres. Classic, traditional baseball village feel since 1996.
Modern, big-league resort with stadium lights and iconic jerseys. Everything is on site and family-friendly.
No restaurants on site. Concessions are available; families handle most meals off site.
Five dining options on campus, from full-service restaurants to ballpark concessions, so families never leave for a meal.
Games played without time limits. Pin trading, the Ambassador Program, and the nearby National Baseball Hall of Fame fill the week.
Daily activities beyond the field for the whole family, seven guaranteed games, and championship-day stakes.
All teams stay in one bracket, so the top seed can face the bottom seed (seed 1 vs. seed 104) in a single championship bracket.
After the first 3 days of pool play, teams are split into 3 brackets for more even, competitive tournament play.
